Cardiac arrest today, suspected heat stroke next. A dispatcher can reach a hundred trained people within two kilometres in seconds, send the nearest one to the patient and another to the closest AED, and time-stamp every step. Almost nowhere does that happen.
One response, recorded second by second. Most jurisdictions cannot produce this record at all.

Why this exists
In a cohort of 384 cardiac arrests across the Northern Emirates, a public AED was used in 0.5% of cases.

Where we are
August 2026
The platform core is built. We have formally submitted our applications, including to the Hub71 Life Sciences accelerator in Abu Dhabi, and we are waiting on a response. Scramble is not yet operating in any jurisdiction; the first deployment is what we are building towards.
